“He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” (John 3:18 KJV)
Is it really just enough to say Jesus is real? When you say you believe that He is God, do you truly embrace that fully from the bottom of your heart? We typically think of only the non-believer when we read this scripture, and yes it applies to them, but what of the Nicodemus who lives by the claiming of faith alone yet questions the Savior’s ‘authenticity’? What of those who are more like Lucifer? They believe; they simply choose not to live for Christ. Make sure that you embody what you claim to believe. Don’t just say you believe in God—actually BELIEVE in Him.
